Why I love what I do...
I know first-hand how demanding corporate life can be, especially when you’re also holding everything else together at home. As a single mum to my amazing daughter, I’ve had to juggle career, parenting, and life’s curveballs. Some days I’ve nailed it; other days, I’ve curled up on the sofa with chocolate and Netflix. And that’s real life.
But through all of it, I’ve learned that thriving doesn’t mean being perfect or doing it all. It’s about having the right tools, support, and perspective so you can show up as your best self.
Over the years, I’ve coached both managers and employees, helping them build confidence, navigate difficult conversations, and find healthier ways to show up in their careers. My coaching experience has shown me again and again that when people feel supported, connected, and seen, they can thrive.
Today, my work through Thrives at Work focuses on supporting organisations to create environments where this is possible where leaders and teams have the emotional intelligence, resilience, and clarity to navigate complexity in a way that strengthens both people and performance. I bring people together to pause, reset, and remind themselves that thriving is possible, even in the busiest times of life.
