Understanding your challenges
Together we can help you thrive during change
Life can be full with work, relationships, responsibilities, expectations and the constant pressure to keep everything moving.
Sometimes what we need isn't another thing to do. We need space to think, reconnect with ourselves and understand what we need next.
I offer individual experiences designed to help you step out of the noise, become more aware of what's happening within you, and make conscious choices about how you want to move forward.
Whether you want practical support through a particular challenge, time to reconnect with yourself, or simply permission to slow down for a while, there are different ways we can work together.
How I can support you
I know your time is precious, so I’ve created flexible ways for you to reset, reconnect, and make conscious choices about how you want to move forward. Whether you want practical support through a particular challenge, time to reconnect with yourself, or simply permission to slow down for a while, there are different ways we can work together.

Astrology & Moon circles
For thousands of years, people have used the rhythms of the moon as natural points for reflection - considering what they want to create, what they are ready to release and where they want to place their energy next. My Moon Circles bring this ancient practice into modern life.
My approach
Imagine walking into work feeling calm and confident. Having the energy to enjoy life outside of the office and setting healthy boundaries without guilt.

Working together will give you the space to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself. To feel calmer and more confident. Better able to handle stress, set boundaries and bring your best selves to both work and life.

My approach brings a blend of tools that have worked for me over 20+ years. Practical NLP strategies to shift unhelpful patterns, mindfulness practices that fit into busy lives and the courage-building principles .
Combined with the grounding power of nature, these experiences are designed to be restorative and practical, helping you feel revitalised and able to repeat whilst going about your daily life.

Walking beside you
Creating spaces for connection, calmness and renewal
I know what it feels like to look successful on the outside while running on empty inside.
My vision is to create spaces and bring people together so we can support each other, build connections in ways that can feel real and restorative.

I spent years working in corporate roles, balancing ambition with feeling exhausted. I know the pressure of deadlines, fighting imposter syndrome and how that can take a toll on your wellbeing and personal life.

That's why I have been on my wellness journey and trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness and other coaching frameworks. In my corporate roles I have coached leaders and employees to deal with challenging cultures, change, self-doubt and stress.

I loved the variety and originality of the sessions I had with Kathryn. I've always found it very difficult to switch off but mindfulness really helped me to relax and refocus.

Kathryn's lunchtime weekly mindfulness session was just what I needed to help me pause and reset ready for the rest the day. I really started to look forward to them each week.
